1)Where are your materials manufactured?
Our Montessori and Educational Materials are manufactured in different parts of the world: USA, Australia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and China by established companies who have been manufacturing materials for many years.
With their expertise and our quality control, you can expect a superior product from Alison's Montessori for years to come.
We work with schools around the country to test our products for safety and durability. We have a network of trained Montessori teachers who help us develop materials and who advise us on products suitable for our customers.
Our products are tested for toxic paint before they leave the country of origin, and also tested when they arrive at our warehouse in NYC. Our manufacturers do not use toxic paint on our materials.
2) What are your shipping charges:

$1.00 - $40.00 $10.00 (some heavier items may add more to shipping)
$40.01- $100.00 $16.00 (some heavier items may add more to shiping)
$100.00 + Shipping is based on Weight and Distance via UPS from NYC
3) Which carrier do you use for shipping?
For smaller order we might use USPS (Post Office) depending on the weight and location of the shipping address. For heavier boxes, we use UPS. For international deliveries we only use USPS.
4) How many days does it take to recieve my shipment once it has been shipped from your warehouse?
When we ship Priority mail with USPS it usually takes 2-3 business days to get to the customer's shipping address. Please refer to the UPS chart below to see the number of days it takes to receive your materials from our warehouse:
5) What is my tracking number?
You will be notified of your tracking number via UPS or USPS when your materials are shipped. If you don't get an email, then you can check your shipping status on our website for the courier and tracking information.

7) Does your company accept Purchase Orders from Schools?
Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from schools as long as the PO is on a school or an organization letterhead. The PO must be signed by the Director of the school, someone in the Purchasing Department or an agency who submits payment for your school.
You can fax the PO to us at 718-206-1866 or place an order through our online store, choose the PO payment method and fax us the signed PO.
8) Can we get samples of materials from your company to compare with materials from those of other suppliers?
Alison's Montessori is so proud and confident in its quality that we will send free samples to schools and organizations who wish to look at our quality before placing an order with us. Please call us at 718-206-1855 if you wish to get a free sample of a material from us.
9) Will your company match prices offered by other Montessori Materials Suppliers:
Alison's Montessori's Price Matching Policy
Alison's Montessori will match all competitor's pricing as long as our products are similiar in quality to that of the other suppliers.
