Pink Tower is designed to help children develop visual discrimination of size and dimension through hands-on sensorial exploration. This classic Montessori material consists of ten solid rubberwood cubes, painted pink and precisely graded in size, allowing children to compare, sequence, and construct the cubes from largest to smallest.

The cubes range progressively from 1 cubic cm to 10 cubic cm. As children build the tower, they refine their ability to visually distinguish differences in three dimensions while developing concentration, coordination, order, and precision. Work with the Pink Tower also provides indirect preparation for later mathematical concepts, including the decimal system, geometry, and volume.
