At Alison’s Montessori, we take great pride in the quality of our educational materials and furniture. All of our products are manufactured with high standards to ensure durability and safety in Montessori environments.

Warranty Coverage:

Alison’s Montessori warrants that its premium quality products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal classroom usage.
• Structural failures due to faulty materials or production.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear from daily use.
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
• Damage caused by improper installation or storage.

How to File a Claim:

Please include the following in your warranty request:

• Order number and purchase date
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and defect (if applicable)

Remedies:

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Alison’s Montessori will, at its discretion:

• Repair or replace the defective part
• Provide a full product replacement
• Issue a refund or store credit

Additional documentation or return of the product may be requested to complete the evaluation process. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the case.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
