Designed to complement PS10 - Color Box 2, this set of visual discrimination cards provides a natural progression from direct color matching to recognizing and classifying colors across a variety of familiar images. This set includes 6 picture cards for each color, for a total of 66 picture cards.

This activity extends children's experience with color beyond the primary colors introduced in Color Box 1. It invites children to examine familiar objects and sort picture cards according to their dominant color, matching each card to the corresponding Color Box 2 tablet. By working with a broader range of colors, children refine their visual discrimination and become increasingly attentive to subtle differences between color groups.

This activity extends traditional color tablet matching from color-to-color matching to color classification, helping children connect the abstract color qualities of the tablets to objects they encounter in everyday life.
